Therefore, your application may be approved ~V~~LV~dministrativelY subject to receipt of the $85.00 fee, compliance t~ -t .; with the Highway Department's approval of your entrance, and subj ect to the conditions as required by section 5. 2 of the Albemarle County zoning Ordinance. In the letter of May 22nd, the Department of Transportation stated, "A minimum 250' of sight distance is necessary at this entrance..." (Copy Attached) written verification of compliance with this condition must be submitted along with the enclosed zoning }learance prior to issuance of the permit. YOU CANNOT CONDUCT THIS v'BUSINESS UNTIL SIGHT DISTANCE COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN OBTAINED. This special use permit will become void if not used within 18 months from May 29, 1992. Once the permit is voided, you would have to re-apply in order to place a Home Occupation, Class B on your property.
