Response Letter
Dear Mr. Anderson:
We have reviewed all of the comments from VDOT (Doug McAvoy, Jr.) from March 7, 2022 and
made the necessary revisions. Please find our responses to the comments below in bold
lettering.
1. Add a scale to Sheet C4.0.
A scale has been added to sheet C4.0.
2. Show limits of mill and fill in Golf Dr in front of both street connections. These limits
should be one lane -width across the entire width of the entrance for 2 feet beyond each
curb return.
The limits of mill and overlay on Golf Drive have been shown on sheet C2.0.
3. The western intersection of Golf Dr and Rowcross St has no stop sign on Golf Dr, so the
sight -distance right line from the western intersection of Beechen Ln with Golf Dr needs
to continue through the intersection.
Sight -distance right line has been extended through the intersection of Beechen Ln
and Golf Drive.
