I've reached out to Rachel about getting it on the Pantops CAC meeting scheduled for Monday, June 271n In the meantime, here's an example of the most recent community meeting notification letter for use as a template. If you could prepare one for these applications and get it back to me for review and insertion of the correct links, I'd appreciate it. I'll also get you the addresses for nearby property owners tomorrow. Hi Andy, Thank you for reaching out on this one, I had been meaning to circle up with you after our call with Khris and Margaret. We wanted to ask if a community meeting is necessary in this case given we are not making any changes to the site and there are only commercial neighbors in this location. If you could explore the need for a community meet at all, we would appreciate it, as we don't believe it is necessary in this case. Would this day and time work for you all? Rachel is going to speak with the chair to make sure the CAC is fine with it going at that meeting, but assuming they are, I wanted to go ahead and get it on your radar. Khris Taggart and I are going to be working together on this project since the SP is more of an Entrance Corridor/ARB issue, so please keep us both informed as these two applications move forward.
