Lots on Cliffview Court do not have adequate fire protection (Lots 155- 158). Fire hydrant has been provided at Cliffstone Blvd & Cliffview Ct (road was mislabeled on plans) 3. Water main along Cliffview Court can be 4-inch diameter since it's only serving 4 lots. Show gate valve and blow -off at the end of this cul-de-sac. Waterline along Cliffview Ct has been reduced to 4" and GV, Blowoff, Plug have been provided at the end of the line. 4. Consider reducing water main diameter along Riparian Court (Lots 113-117) and avoid duplicating road names. Show gate valve and blow -off at the end of this cul-de-sac. Waterline along Riparian Ct has been reduced to 4" and GV, Blowoff, Plug have been provided at the end of the line. 5. Only two valves required at the intersections with Riparian Court since this isn't a looped system. Delete the southern valve at each tee. The southern valves have been removed, as requested 6. Relocate water meter for Lot 87 to the opposite end of the lot. Water meter has been relocated, as requested 7. Review need for Future Apartments label on Lot 91. Label has been removed 8. Provide water meter for Lot 80. Water meter has been provided 9. Relocate water meter for Lot 76 to the opposite end of the lot. Water meter has been relocated, as requested 10.Shift water main along Retreat Loop further out into the roadway to avoid crossing under curb and gutter. The water line has been adjusted to avoid crossing under the C&G 11. Provide justification for parallel sanitary sewer mains along Lewis & Clark Drive. The sanitary sewer has been revised to avoid having parallel sanitary sewer mains. 12.Shift MH 11 downstream to the opposite side of Lot 104. Lots 80 and 105 can connect to the sanitary sewer along Lewis & Clark Drive. This run of sanitary sewer has been removed and lots are being service via the sewer line across Steep Rock Place Sheet C-3B 1. Provide water meters for Lots 29 and 61. Water meters have been provided 2. Relocate water meter for Lot 45 to the opposite end of the lot. Water meter has been relocated, as requested. 3. Shift water main along Retreat Loop further out into the roadway to avoid crossing under curb and gutter. The water line has been adjusted to avoid crossing under the C&G 4. Reduce water main diameter along Steep Rock Place beyond the last fire hydrant. Water main has been reduced to 6" past steep rock court and a fire hydrant has been provided at the end of steep rock place. 5. Reduce water main diameter to 4-inch after fire hydrant on Steep Rock Court. The waterline has been reduced to 4", as requested Sheet C-3C 1. Reduce water main diameter along Headland Court (Lots 123-128). Show gate valve and blow -off at the end of this cul-de-sac. Note has been added, as requested. 4. Provide stationing for MH's 17 and 18. Stationing has been provided 5. Show water main crossing between MH's 6 and 8. If water main crosses below sanitary sewer, sewer pipe must be ductile iron and a minimum of 18- inches of vertical separation must be provided. Water crossing is provided and sewer has been changed to D.I. due to waterline crossing underneath the sanitary sewer 6. Show water main crossing between MH's 8 and 8. If water main crosses below sanitary sewer, sewer pipe must be ductile iron and a minimum of 18- inches of vertical separation must be provided. This run of sanitary sewer has been removed. 7.
