Comments: As required, the contractor has removed documented sediment from a upset
discharge dated 5/23/22. All work to remove discharged sediment offsite into the
stream was completed using only hand tools and buckets, photographed and then
straw mulched and seeded to establish a natural state. Work on E&S plan clean up
and reinstalling perimeter SF and improvement on diversions leading into ST and
SB have been completed and straw and seed. The issued Stop Work Order has
been released on 6/1/22
