Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat. The plat has been revised to reflect your comments, dated August 31 , 2018. 1 . The width of the right-of-way for State Route 855 (Faulconer Drive) and the deed book references have been added to the plat (variable width). The right-of-way for State Route 855 and the U.S. Route 250 & 29 By-pass were acquired in the same deeds. 2. The typo has been corrected for the non-exclusive easement for Ingress and Egress. 3. Note E of the land use notes has been revised to include Parcel A and the Residue of T.M. 60- 24, each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. 4. Note D of the land use notes has been revised to include the number of development rights remaining with the residue of T.M. 60-24 and the 31 acre rule. 5. Ok. A revised date (Revised: September 6, 2018) has also been added to each sheet of the plat. Each plat or subsection of a subdivision shall be accompanied by specific soil information for each lot(absorption area and reserve area). If not provided by the local subdivision ordinance,the district or local health department may require the plat to show streets,utilities,storm drainage,water supplies,easements,lot lines,and original topographic contour lines by detail survey or other information as required. When the AOSE site evaluations are reviewed,the property lines,building location and the proposed well and sewage system sites must be clearly marked and the property sufficiently visible to see the topography,otherwise this application will be denied.
