Thanks for your comments on the UVA Foundation project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments, dated August 31 , 2018.
1 . The width of the right-of-way for State Route 855 (Faulconer Drive) and the deed book references
have been added to the plat (variable width).
The right-of-way for State Route 855 and the U.S. Route 250 & 29 By-pass were acquired in the
same deeds.
2. The typo has been corrected for the non-exclusive easement for Ingress and Egress.
3. Note E of the land use notes has been revised to include Parcel A and the Residue of T.M. 60-
24, each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance.
4. Note D of the land use notes has been revised to include the number of development rights
remaining with the residue of T.M. 60-24 and the 31 acre rule.
5. Ok.
A revised date (Revised: September 6, 2018) has also been added to each sheet of the plat.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for owners
notarized signature once we receive VDH approval.

The County of Albemarle has received an application to subdivide Tax Map 60,Parcel 24. This project requires
Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The applicant has provided soils information,
which is attached. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of
Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2,4.2.3,4.2.4,and Chapter 14, Sections 14-309 and 14-310 of the Albemarle County Code.

In order for VDH to process a subdivision application you must attach a plat of the property showing the location of the proposed onsite
sewage disposal systems and the reserve absorption areas(if required)and the location of the water supply system on each lot,if applicable.
Each plat or subsection of a subdivision shall be accompanied by specific soil information for each lot(absorption area and reserve area). If
not provided by the local subdivision ordinance,the district or local health department may require the plat to show streets,utilities,storm
drainage,water supplies,easements,lot lines,and original topographic contour lines by detail survey or other information as required.
When the AOSE site evaluations are reviewed,the property lines,building location and the proposed well and sewage system sites must be
clearly marked and the property sufficiently visible to see the topography,otherwise this application will be denied.
I give permission to the Virginia Department of Health(VDH)to enter onto the property described during normal business hours for the
purpose of processing this application and to perform quality assurance checks of evaluations and designs certified by an Authorized Onsite
Soil Evaluator(AOSE)or a Professional Engineer(PE)as necessary until the sewage disposal system has been constructed and approved.
