GENERAL CIVIL NOTES: 1. CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE SPECIFICATIONS, ALBERMARLE COUNTY BUILDING REGULATIONS, VIRGINIA UNIFORM STATEWIDE BUILDING CODE (USBC). 2.
