Once all revisions to the plat have been made, staff from the Engineering Division will draft the deeds and transmit them to the applicant. When the plat is ready to be submitted to the County for signature/approval, signed hard copies of the deeds will also need to be submitted so that the County Executive and County Attorney can sign them. Please contact Engineering Division staff directly if you have further questions about the deeds. Comment stands. 2. [14-302(A)(15)] Please revise the ownership information to reflect current ownership and applicable deed book references. a. Revise Note 1 on Sheet 1 b. Revise the parcel label on Sheet 2 Comments stand. 3. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision. Comment stands. 4. [14-302(B)(5)] Include Steep Slopes -Managed as an applicable Zoning Overlay District in Note 3. Comment addressed. 5. [14-302(B)(9)] Remove Note 5 or provide additional information that the property is within the Flood Hazard Overlay. It does not appear that there is any floodplain on the property.
