Include the easement holder's name as well as the recorded instrument number. 2. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision. 3. [14-302(B)(5)] Revise Note 6 to include the following Overlay Districts: Airport Impact Area, Entrance Corridor, and Steep Slopes — Managed. 4. [14-302(B)(6)] Revise all ' PID" and "PIN" references and change them to " TMP" for Tax Map and Parcel number. 5. [14-302(B)(7) Please include a note that the subject property is not within and Albemarle County and/or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed or an agricultural -forestal district. 6. [14-303(I)] Provide a definite bearing and distance tie between not less than two (2) permanent monuments on the exterior boundary of the property 7. [14-303(L)] New stormwater facility easements will require a deed of dedication to be recorded with the plat. Once all revisions to the plat have been made, staff from the Engineering Division will draft the deeds and transmit them to the applicant. When the plat is ready to be submitted to the County for signature/approval, signed hard copies of the deeds will also need to be submitted so that the County Executive and County Attorney can sign them. Add a note: "VDOT will only maintain within the drainage easements to the extent necessary to protect the road." Please provide a digital copy in PDF format of the revised plan along with a comment response letter. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
