LOCATION: The Property is located at 1202 Simmons Gap Road (State Route 663), east of State Route 603 (Plunkett Road) and south of the Lynch River. MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: White Hall ZONING: Rural Areas (RA) OVERLAY DISTRICT: Steep Slopes and Flood Hazard Overlay APPEAL: The Appellant is appealing the Zoning Administrator's official determination that in order to meet the requirements for a Homestay Zoning Clearance, the Property must be held by a natural person residing on the Property or a family trust whose beneficiary resides on the Property. The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an electronic meeting on Tuesday. February 1, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. This meeting is being held pursuant to and in compliance with Ordinance No. 20-A(16), An Ordinance to Ensure the Continuity of Government During the COVID-19 Disaster.
