Below please find responses for the comments received for 3rd Submittal for the above
referenced project.
3. [32.5.2(a)] Zoning Information
a) The special use permit information has been updated on sheet 4.
6. [32.5.2(b)] Parking schedule
b) Bumper block has been added at handicap parking space. Refer to Sheet #4. Detail of
bumper block has been added on site details sheet. Refer to sheet #6.
8. [32.5.2(s)] Circulation
The swinging gate design has been revised on both the site plan and auto -turn exhibit.
10. [32.5.2(n)] Dumpster
a) The swinging gate and associated fence has been revised in a way that allows large
vehicles to turn and screens the proposed dumpster bins. Refer to sheet #4.
21. The revised plans include the original date of drawing and the revision dates) for
each subsequent version of the plan.
24. Managed steep slope areas have been shown on site plan. Refer to sheet #4.
25. Sheet #8 (Site Details) has been added and total number of sheets are 13.
26.AII sheets have been updated to show uniform date (i.e. 6/13/2022).

referenced project.
1. Title has been revised to "Fire Prevention Demolition and Construction Notes".
Refer to sheet #3.
2. Test hydrant is located +/-190' south (from the existing southern building corner)
at the entrance drive to CVS. A note has been provided on sheet #4.
3. Required ISO fire flow is 2000 gal/min. This note has been provided on sheet #4.
4. Available fire flow is 2610 gal/min (as per the latest ACSW flow test). This note
has been provided on sheet #4.
