We advise the following information concerning the Property:
1. The zoning classification for the Property is Neighborhood Model District (NMD) and mixed
use commercial buildings are permitted within this zoning classification.
2. The Property is not subject to any proffered conditions or other special limitations imposed
by the County, except for the following:

of the zoning ordinance of the County of Albemarle and applicable rules and regulations
