This letter is provided in support of the development of White Gables II, a condominium which
is to be constructed on Albemarle County tax parcel 06000-00-00-02600 (the "White Gables lI
Parcel") which is owned by White Gables 11 LLC. White Gables Condominium Unit Owners
Association, Inc. (the "Association") is comprised of the owners of the condominium units
located at 415, 425, and 435 White Gables Lane, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903 (The individual
unit tax parcel numbers being 06000-00-00-026; AO through A9, BO through B9, and CO through
C9.) which units and related land are located immediately to the west of, and adjoin, the White
Gables II Parcel. The land of the Association is a common element of the Association. The
three condominium buildings under development Pavilion II, Pavilion IV, and Pavilion VI will
be located along the shared boundary of the White Gables II Parcel and the land of the
Association, with Pavilion VI being located nearest US Route 250 (Ivy Road).
The Association has been advised that White Gables II LLC desires to construct Pavilion VI as a
four-story building (excluding the basement parking garage) which will increase the building
height from the currently proposed three -stories. The Association strongly and irrevocably
supports White Gables II LLC's application for approval to construct Pavilion VI with four -
stories and has no objection to Pavilion VI being constructed in the proposed manner. The
Association's approval also extends any modification of the existing amended site plan to permit
Pavilion VI to be increased to four -stories, not including the basement parking garage.

This letter is provided in support of the development of White Gables H, a condominium which
is to be constructed on Albemarle County tax parcel 06000-00-00-02600 (the "White Gables II
Parcel") which is owned by White Gables II LLC. The John Stewart Darrell Trust is the owner
of a parcel of land adjoining a portion of the western boundary line of the White Gables 1I Parcel
being Albemarle County tax parcel 06000-00-00-026AA and commonly known as 410 White
Gables Lane, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903 (the "Darrell Parcel"). The three condominium
buildings under development Pavilion II, Pavilion IV, and Pavilion VI will be located on the
White Gables II Parcel with Pavilion VI being located nearest US Route 250 (Ivy Road) and the
existing building located on the Darrell Parcel.
John Darrell, the trustee of The John Stewart Darrell Trust, has been advised that White Gables
II LLC desires to construct Pavilion VI as a four-story building (excluding the basement parking
garage) which will increase the building height from the currently proposed three -stories. The
John Stewart Darrell Trust strongly and irrevocably supports White Gables II LLC's application
for approval to construct Pavilion VI with four -stories and has no objection to Pavilion VI being
constructed in the proposed manner. This support and approval also extends to any modification
of the existing amended site plan to permit Pavilion VI to be increased to four -stories, not
including the basement parking garage.
