All comments in the attached letter must be addressed prior to approval of the final plat. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-302.A.3] Existing streets. Indicate the right of way width for Route 729. 2. [14-302.A.10] Development Rights. Include a note indicating the development rights allocated to proposed lots 1-10. 3. [14-302.B.8] Yards. Indicate a rear yard of 35' for lot 5 and lot 10, along the property boundary opposite the proposed access road. 4. [14-309, 14-310, and 14-416] Soils evaluations. Approved road plans meeting SSAR, and in compliance with the VDOT Road Design Manual are required prior to plat approval. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The owner/developer must contact the VDOT Charlottesville Residency Land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
