(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [General Comment] Revised deeds of dedication and easement are required for this plat. Work with the Engineering division to prepare these deeds. 2. [34-302(A)5] Public easements that are being vacated may require action by the Board of Supervisors. See Section 14-212.2 of the Subdivision Ordinance. 3. [14-302(A)5] Identify whether the proposed new easements will be private or public. If public, they should be identified as being "dedicated to public use." 4. [34-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on all future versions of the plat. 5. [34-302(B)1] The Zoning note on the cover sheet lists several parcels that are not depicted on this plat, and the subject parcel is not included. Revise or clarify why these parcels are listed. 6. [34-303(A)] The statement of consent to division mentions additional public utility easement areas. However, there do not appear to be any additional or new public utility easements provided on this plat. Please clarify. 7. [34-303(C)] Boundary measurements for the area proposed to be vacated do not appear to have been provided. Identify the boundaries of that area. 8. [34-303(D)] Provide the square footage of the areas proposed to be vacated and dedicated. 9. [General Comment] Review pending by Engineering. Comments will be forwarded.
