Thank you for your review comments dated 02/07/2022. Response by the design

team are written below. Please find attached with this letter revised drawings and
rendering.
1. Clarify whether the angled roofs shown over the eastern and western wings
of the building in the perspective images are proposed. Revise the drawings
to show consistent roof treatments across all drawings.
Nbj Response: The angles roofs are proposed as per Marriott's Townplace
prototypical design. Roof plan has been updated to coordinate this roof
treatment. Refer to roof plan on drawing #A106 and A107.
2. Confirm that the wall area under the butterfly roofs will not be lit.
Nbj Response: The light under the butterfly roofs have been eliminated.
3. Provide on the plans the proposed specs for window glass. Show that VLT is
not below 40% and VLR does not exceed 30%.
Nbj Response: Specifications for windows' glazing included on sheet A201
and A202.
4. Reconsider the proposed color scheme for the building for greater
compatibility with the existing character of the corridor.
Nbj Response: Complied. A set of warmer color compatible to the existing
character of the corridor is now being proposed. Pleas refer the updated
rendering.
5. Revise the roof plan to show the location of the roof screens. Consider
providing a site section clarifying the visibility of the equipment and screens.
Nbj Response: Revised the roof plan to include roof screens for mechanical
equipment. Visibility of all mechanical equipment from the Entrance Corridor
Architecture shall be eliminated.
Interiors 6. Provide an illustration more accurately showing the color of the grill panels.
Nbj Response: Please see enlarged illustration of the grill panels at windows
Health care on sheet A201. Color of the panels to match window frame. Refer color
rendering on colored elevations sheet.

7. Add the standard mechanical equipment note to the architectural plans:
Visibility of all mechanical equipment from the Entrance Corridor shall be
eliminated.
Nbj Response: Complied. Included the note on building plans and elevations.
8. Revise the photometric plan using an LLF of 1.0 and limit spillover to a
maximum of .5 fc.
The LLF has been changed to 1.0 with the max spillover limit of 0.5 FC.
9. Revise the lighting plan to include complete information on building -
mounted light fixtures.
Information and photometrics for the building lighting has been included
with the ARB resubmission
10. Revise the luminaire schedule to specify a 3000K color temperature for the
site lights.
This has been updated and is reflected in the cutsheets on sheet L4.0.
11. Revise the luminaire schedule to specify dark bronze as the finish for the
site lights.
This has been updated and is reflected in the cutsheets on sheet L4.0.
12. Note on the plan that the 20' mounting height for the site lights includes
any proposed base.
A note has been added to sheet L3.0 (top right)
13. Add the standard lighting note to the plan. "Each outdoor luminaire
equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full
cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from
adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads. The spillover of
lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or
rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one half footcandle.
This note has been added to sheet L3.0 (top right)
14. Add one large tree along Town and Country Lane.
One tree has been added along Town and Country to bring the total to 4
large trees.
15. Revise the plant schedule to show the planting size of the trees along Town
and Country Lane as 2Y2" caliper at planting.
All trees are now shown to have a minimum cal. of 2 'X" at planting.
16. Provide medium trees, 2Y2" caliper at planting, along the sidewalks located
southeast of the hotel.
Trees have been added in this location with a minimum cal. of 2 X" at
planting.
17. Provide large shade trees, 2Y2" caliper at planting, along the 12-space
parking row located southeast of the hotel entrance.
Trees have been added in this location with a minimum cal. of 2 X" at
planting.
18. Increase the planting size of the interior parking lot trees to 2Y2" caliper at
planting.
All trees are now shown to have a minimum cal. of 2'/" at planting.
19. Provide a tree or trees at the east end of the south elevation to mitigate the
blank wall in that area.
Trees have been added in this location.
20. Add the standard plant health note to the plan. "All site plantings of trees
and shrubs shall be allowed to reach, and be maintained at, mature height;
the topping of trees is prohibited. Shrubs and trees shall be pruned
minimally and only to support the overall health of the plant."
This note has been added to sheet L2.0.
