Our Responses are in bold italic text below each comment. 1. 1 have no concerns or objections to approval of the Special Use Permit, but advise that designs for the new septic system(s) will need to be approved by this office, and wells by the Office of Drinking Water prior to approval of a site plan or issuance of construction permits. Acknowledged. The wells have been permitted and drilled, and the septic systems are to be permitted soon. Our Responses are in bold italic text below each comment. 1. Analyze the turn -lane warrants when preparing the site plan. A left turn lane is required. A Design Waiver has been submitted to VDOT for this requirement. 2. Note that the final plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices B(1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations, or other requirements. Acknowledged.
