Request in accordance with Section 24.2.2(11) of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to locate an indoor
commercial kennel on a 1.041 acre parcel. Property
described as Tax Map 61U-02, Parcel 4. Zoned HC, Highway
Commercial. The property is located on the east side of
Berkmar Drive. Charlottesville Magisterial District.
Berkmar Park Site Plan - Proposal to locate two, one-story
buildings for office/warehouse use. The total floor area of
the buildings is 24,666 square feet. A total of 86 parking
spaces are to be provided. Access will be provided from
Berkmar Drive. The property is located on the east side of
Berkmar Drive (Route 1403) adjacent to the Village Offices
Limited Partnership property. Tax Map 61U-02, Parcels 2, 3,
and 4. Charlottesville Magisterial District.
