Subject: SLTB202200105 Lees Branch Division of Lot D creating Lots 14 and 15 Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
Please be advised that application SLJB2022-109 will need to be approved and recorded prior to the approval
of this application. Revise the plat to include the recorded instrument number.
2. [14-309 & 14-3101 Soil evaluations & Health director approval ofseptic systems. Thank you for providing
the soils evaluations for these proposed lots. This information has been transmitted to the Health Department
for review. Health Director approval is required prior to final plat approval.

1. Provide an exhibit showing that the proposed access easements will allow a driveway meeting the

needed in order to grade the road to meet the requirements.
