Hi Ms. Parham, thank you for your email. I'm adding your correspondence to the case file and
sending the message directly to the applicant so that they will be aware of your concerns.
The application files may be viewed through this link for SUB2022-89. The subdivision plan indicates
a new access road that will connect directly to Buckeyeland Road. That should be the point of access
for the new subdivision once construction begins.
Thank you,
Ben Holt, AICP

Hello Mr. Holt,
We want to reach out to you to make sure that our private road, Buckeyeland Lane, will not be used
in any way to build this subdivision. We have no objections to the building of the subdivision,
however we do want to make sure that our neighborhood is not ruined in the process.
The construction traffic would be too much for our small, single lane, private gravel road. Mr.
Graham had 200 or so acres of timber cut and removed via our private road. He has yet to repair the
damage done to the road by the logging operation. The logging activity also caused an unsafe
environment for the children and people in our neighborhood. There were many incidents of
reckless driving and speeding through our private road.
We appreciate your time and attention to this matter and we look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Christopher and Cara Parham
