Dear John,
Thank you for your review of the Road Plan for HTC Area C Townhomes. This letter contains responses
to County comments dated May 11, 2022. Our responses are as follows:

b. Relocate 12" HDPE in conflict with structure elements for units facing Timberwood
Blvd. Also, move 12" HOPE pipe along edge of end unit outside of the lot (highly
recommended), or center pipe within the drainage easement at a minimum. Label this
easement as a private drainage easement. Rev.1 Partially addressed. As follow-up: please
checktrevise relic private drainage easement linework on Lots 11-13, especially where
linework crosses structures.
Noted, the private drainage easement along the western boundary near lots 11-22
shifted to allow porch/stoop construction without conflict to easement.

a. Update all road section captions to coincide with street names assigned to roads A and B.
Partially addressed. As follow-up: recommend revise all road captions and C6-C8 sheet
titles to specify road names: Orchid Bend, Purple Flora Bend etc. Naming roads but then
relying on Road A, B, B 1, B2 road section captions or sheet titles is somewhat confusing.
Noted, yes this was a bit confusing — road names / sheet titles updated to list both the
road name and the A/B designation.
