This letter is being provided again to notify you as an adjoining property owner to above listed property that a special
exception application has been submitted and to clarify that the applicant has applied for an exception from all
requirements of County Code § 18-5.1.28 on Parcels 03200-00-00-00100 and 03200-00-00-00200 pursuant to County
Code § 18-5.1.28(d).

JULY 20, 2022. The meeting will also be conducted through electronic communication means.
Special exceptions must be acted on by the Board of Supervisors, and may be granted after notice to abutting property
owners and upon consideration of whether:
i. There would be any adverse impact(s) to the surrounding neighborhood;
ii. There would be any adverse impact(s) to the public health, safety, or welfare;
iii. The proposed special exception would be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and any applicable master
or small -area plan(s); and
iv. The proposed special exception would be consistent in size and scale with the surrounding neighborhood.
