SUB2022-00036 Bundoran Farms Lots H14 and H16 - BLA Mr. Reitelbach, The plat has been revised to address the comments received on April 15, 2022 in accordance with the following: 1. [14-302(A)9] Revise note #7 to state that "Revised parcel 86-113 and revised parcel 86-114 each contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." RGA Response: Note revised. 2. [ 14-302(A)10] Provide more information in notes 8 and 9, regarding the development rights of these parcels. How does TMP 86-114 have two development rights available, but is not able to be further divided? RGA Response: Comment has been withdrawn through email conversations. I slightly revised the original notes to hopefully clarify. 3. [ 14-302(B)1 ] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on all future versions of the plat. RGA Response: Noted. 4. [ 14-302(B)1 ] Provide in the title of the plat the magisterial district where these properties are located — Samuel Miller District. RGA Response: Title has been revised. 5. [14-302(B)10] Note 44 references the wrong parcel number for those parcels subject to this plat that have stream buffers located on them. Revise this note and provide the correct stream buffer and parcel information. RGA Response: Note 4 has been revised. 6. [14-303(A)] The statement of consent to division for Joseph and Leslie Wallace has a typo that says "page" 113, instead of parcel 113. Revise this statement. 999 Second Street SE. Charlottesville. Lot H14 is listed twice, and Lot H16 is not included. RGA Response: Area table has been revised. 8. [14-303(0)] Provide an additional signature line for Joseph and Leslie Wallace.
