plat.
As mentioned, that plat was SUB2018-70.
FYI, there was one easement vacation not done on the easement plat when I was working on it.

The 6 month time period lapsed this last Saturday.

footage.
I know you are aware of this but feel that it needs to be reiterated here.
The area on the proposed plan is limited to 20,000sgft of building per the ZMA. The basement area shown in the
attachment would be part of the gross square footage calculation, thus as shown would exceed the 20,000sgft. The
number on the site plan appears to be over 20,000sgft.
The best way to solve this issue is to revise the plan to show a 10,000sgft square or rectangle on the plan and note that
it will be one story with a basement (Story 1 being 10,000sgft and the basement below to be 10,000sgft). Please note
that even a mezzanine will count towards the gross sqft calculation. So if the first story is 10,000sgft and the mezzanine

is an additional 2,OOOsgft, then you would still exceed the 20,OOOsgft assuming the basement is 10,000sgft. The church
and their architects should be made aware of this if they have not yet.

I expect them to submit a revised plat prior to reinitiating review.
The submitted plat would have greatly complicated the Site Plan (requiring and SP and a shared parking agreement). So
they are going to do it later.
I expect to get a separate easement plat submission that will handled the easement portion of things now.
