Design Focused Engineering July 11, 2022 County of Albemarle Planning & Zoning Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Letter of Revision #2 for 2511 Avinity Drive - SDP202000017 Dear Reviewer, Attached is the letter of revision for 2511 Avinity Dr. The purpose of this LOR is to add a pump shed to each apartment building to house required booster pumps for water pressure. Pumps had been noted as required on the approved site plans. Coordination with the architects revealed that the pumps are to be located in new 45 sf pump sheds built adjacent to the apartment buildings. The pump sheds will be finished to match the building facades. Additionally, this LOR shows the retaining wall near apartment 201. This retaining wall is permitted under B2022-01843-RW. These sheds and the retaining wall will not cause easement or setback encroachments. The only site revision required is a realignment of the sidewalk which connects the parking lot to Avon Street.
