This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated June 20, 2022. The Department
of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to SDP2020-23,
depicted on the modified site sheets and described below.
1. Changes/addition of pool lighting at clubhouse to include:
a. QTY 2 (ea.) 6.25"w x 8" h Spot Light 120V Large
b. QTY 4 (ea.) 9.5"w x 26" h Mushroom Path Light 120V
c. QTY 12 (ea.) 9"w x 6"h Atlantis Wall Mount Lantern 120V
2. Addition of pedestrian access point to pool with steps from pool to upper parking area
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. A
total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require submission
in the form of a site plan amendment application.

RE. Presidio Apartments - LETTER OF REVISION TO SDP-2020-00023
Dear Mr. Langille
Please allow this letter to service as an official request for a letter of revision to the
approved SDP-2020-00023 for Presidio Apartments. The proposed changes to the
approved site plan include the following:
1. Addition of some pool lighting at the clubhouse.
2. Addition of a second pedestrian access point to the pool with steps from the pool
to the upper parking lot area. This additional access point is required to meet new
building code requirements.
Attached are the plan sheets for these changes with the letter of revision.
This is the 1s1 letter of revision proposed for this site plan. We acknowledge that a total
of three (3) letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan.
