This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated April 12, 2022. The Department
of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to SDP 1994-47,
depicted on the modified site sheets and described below.
Installation of 80 KW pad -mounted generator to replace portable 3-phase generators. Full height
screening fabric has been installed on the entire perimeter fence.
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. A
total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require submission
in the form of a site plan amendment application.

To Whom it May Concern:
The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is submitting a Letter of Revision
to SDP1994-47 for the Briarwood Wastewater Pump Station. Per correspondence with
Mr. Cameron Langille on February 10, 2022, the LOR plan attached is based on an as -
built survey of TMP# 32G-3B-A by Lincoln Surveying on May 2, 2017, updated to show
current improvements. Due to the lack of required screening trees on TMP# 32G-313-
24/23 as shown on SDP1994-47, the ACSA has installed a full height screening fabric on
the entire perimeter fence. The 80 KW generator pad, automatic transfer switch and
associated wiring has been installed. The 80 KW pad mounted generator is scheduled to
ship from the manufacturer on May 12, 2022. This generator will replace portable 3-phase
generators that are used during power outages at this Wastewater Pump Station.
