- The conceptual plan should show the proposed pick-up and drop-off loop,
parking areas for the proposed use, any outdoor play areas that will be used by
the proposed use, and identify any changes that may be made to the site (as
applicable).
- Include floor plan of proposed classrooms, other areas to be used for the
preschool
- Include in the narrative whether there will be any overlap with the proposed
use and any existing church functions/activities, proposed enrollment, number
of employees, ages, and hours of operation.
- Include estimated trip generation
- The zoning ordinance requires the following for parking:
Child day center one space per ten children enrolled in the major class or
shift plus one space per employee. In addition, a pick-up and drop-off area
shall be provided on the site
