RE: Willow Glen: Phase 1 LOR (SDP 2014�9Q060); Request Letter
Dear Sarah: ��
As we discussed, we would like to add seven additional parking spaces to Phase 1 as shown on
the attached exhibit. These spaces would be parallel along Shannon Glen Court between our
entrance off Towncenter Drive and Templehof Court. This request is generated by the need to
have additional guest parking for the homeowners in Phase 1. No changes are proposed to any
existing asphalt, curbing, stormwater, landscaping, etc. I've discussed these changes with both
Robbie Gilmer in Fire/Rescue and Troy Austin at VDOT. Both appear satisfied.
We appreciate your time and effort in reviewing our plans and respectfully request that your
approval be given to this request. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call.
