The Department of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to SDP2010-49, depicted on the modified site sheets and described below. • Trenching in conduits close to the parking lot; installing concrete equipment pads with rebar reinforcement. • installing 6" steel pipe bollards. • installing new electrical service panels. • installing Power System Chargers (PCS); bus charging dispensers with cords; and • Dominion Energy will be installing a new pad mounted transformer close to their existing utility pole on site. This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site, approved through administrative practice. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision may be granted at which point, any further changes to the plan will require submission in the form of a site plan amendment application. The work required for the Electric School Bus Charging Infrastructure project consists of trenching in conduits close to the parking lot; installing concrete equipment pads with rebar reinforcement; installing 6" steel pipe bollards; installing new electrical service panels; installing Power System Chargers (PCS); bus charging dispensers with cords; and Dominion Energy will be installing a new pad mounted transformer close to their existing utility pole on site. Before any trenching or excavation begins, we will install a silt fence and an orange construction fence around the 12 parking spaces and our work area. We have paid the Letter of Revision fee and attached the latest Final Site Plan SDP201000049 — Approved 2110-08-11, Sheet 2 of 3, showing the location of the new equipment being installed. For reference, I have also attached a photo of a recently completed Electric School Bus Infrastructure project in Loudoun County, Virginia. This might be helpful in understanding the total scope of work.
