Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-400, 18-10.4] Minimum lot requirements. The proposed lot does not meet the minimum requirements for street frontage or lot access. The proposed lot will require road frontage on a public or private street. A private street may be pursued with submission of a subdivision request (in accordance with section 14) and private street waiver (14-232).
