The County of Albemarle Planning Division is unable to grant approval of the plat referenced above due to
the following comments. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-400, 18-10.4] Minimum lot requirements. The proposed lot does not meet the minimum
requirements for street frontage or lot access. The proposed lot will require road frontage on a public or
private street. A private street may be pursued with submission of a subdivision request (in accordance
with section 14) and private street waiver (14-232).
