2. This road plan must match the layout in WP0202100007. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
3. [Cover sheet] Topography should at least be field verified within the last year. Rev. 1: Comment

4. [Sheet 4] Please ensure the DB & PG is shown for all existing easements. Rev. 1: Please check
on the greenway. That plat should have been recorded. Rev. 2: Comment addressed.
5. [Sheet 4] Please reference the approved SUB #, not just "Polo Grounds Road Plan". Rev. 1:

9. Is there a railing or anything proposed outside of the sidewalk on the eastern end of Eustis Ave.?
The slopes adjacent to the sidewalk are very steep for at least 10 ft. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
10. Ensure all proposed easements are labeled on all applicable sheets(public drainage and SWM
facility easements). Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
11. Street trees should not be on top of storm pipes. They should be at least 5 ft away. Rev. 1:
