Pump Sheds Tax Map/Parcel Number 09000-00-00-035LO Mr. Rucker, This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated July 11, 2022. The Department of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to SDP2020-17, depicted on the modified site sheets and described below. • Addition of two (2) pump sheds, one on each apartment building per: 0 B2020-0281 1, B2020-02812 • Addition of a retaining wall to the north of apartment building per: • B2022-01843 • Slight relocation of sidewalk to the south of apartment building This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. Design Focused Engineering July 11, 2022 County of Albemarle Planning & Zoning Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Letter of Revision #2 for 2511 Avinity Drive - SDP202000017 Dear Reviewer, Attached is the letter of revision for 2511 Avinity Dr. The purpose of this LOR is to add a pump shed to each apartment building to house required booster pumps for water pressure. Pumps had been noted as required on the approved site plans. Coordination with the architects revealed that the pumps are to be located in new 45 sf pump sheds built adjacent to the apartment buildings. The pump sheds will be finished to match the building facades. Additionally, this LOR shows the retaining wall near apartment 201. This retaining wall is permitted under B2022-01843-RW. These sheds and the retaining wall will not cause easement or setback encroachments. The only site revision required is a realignment of the sidewalk which connects the parking lot to Avon Street.
