Existing CG-12 handicap ramps shown within the right of way on Berkmar Drive (Rte. 1403) should be redesigned/reconstructed to direct pedestrians across entrances and not into the travelway. No mid -block crossing has been warranted. Please see VDOT R&B Standards Revised December 2021 httas://www.vireiniadot.org/business/resourcesa,ocDesNDOT2016 Road and Bridge Standards/Section 200/CS200.1)df 2. Existing unlabeled bike ramp on Timberwood Blvd. should be corrected to match the other bike ramps in this development. 3. Please remove existing trees within 30' of intersections per B(1)-44 RDM.
