Re: SUB202200119 Tiedman & Barry Boundary Adjustment — Review Comments
Dear Mr. Miller,
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-303.D] Edit acreage note regarding original parcel size. GIS indicates the original acreage of TMP
46-142 is 3.06 acres and TMP-141 is 7.34 acres.
2. [14-303.D] Development Rights. Edit note to read: Revised TMP 46-142 retains 1 development right
and may not be further subdivided. Revised TMP 46-141 retains 3 development rights and may be
further subdivided. When used the development rights shall be within their December 1980 boundaries.
3. [14-302.A.16] Indicate and label limits of the Dam Break Inundation Zone on the plat.
4. [14-302.B.9] Label limits of the flood hazard overlay.
