Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-303.D] Edit acreage note regarding original parcel size. GIS indicates the original acreage of TMP 46-142 is 3.06 acres and TMP-141 is 7.34 acres. 2. [14-303.D] Development Rights. Edit note to read: Revised TMP 46-142 retains 1 development right and may not be further subdivided. Revised TMP 46-141 retains 3 development rights and may be further subdivided. When used the development rights shall be within their December 1980 boundaries. 3. [14-302.A.16] Indicate and label limits of the Dam Break Inundation Zone on the plat. 4.
