HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB201900113 Approval - County 2019-06-13ALBEMARLE CONSERVATION EASEMENT AUTHORITY RESOLUTION TO APPROVE INTERNAL BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT WHEREAS, Eastmont, LLC, donated a conservation easement to the Albemarle Conservation Easement Authority (the Authority) over two parcels by Deed of Gift of Easement dated io June 2oo8 and recorded in the Albemarle County Circuit Court Clerk's Office at DB 3634 PG io8; WHEREAS, the deed requires the two parcels be considered as one and only allows boundary line adjustments within the parcels to be approved by the Authority in writing if the adjustment is consistent with the Easement; WHEREAS, Eastmont, LLC, desires to adjust the boundary line separating the two parcels by eliminating the internal boundary line so that a structure maybe constructed in accordance with Albemarle County's zoning ordinances and regulations; and WHEREAS, the Authority finds that this adjustment is consistent with the Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ON THIS 13TH DAY OF JUNE, 2019, that the Albemarle Conservation Easement Authority hereby approves the elimination of the boundary line between the parcels, which are identified as TMP 05000-00-00-04400 and TMP 05000-00-00-044Ai.
