All Planning comments have been addressed on the revised plats. Also, please see the attached approval letter from
VDOT dated 10/4/2017.
Please submit one copy signed by the owners and notarized for County approval. Let me know if you have any
questions.

Good morning Cameron,
Thanks for your comments on the DeHooge project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated September 22, 2017 as follows:
1. Note D has been revised to change the dashes to periods in "Section 4.2.1".
2. The plat recorded in D.B. 3896-630 does not create an easement.
It appears that it attempts to tie down the location of a cemetery.
3. Please see attached pdf of D.B. 234-103. This deed contains a reservation for a
graveyard. However, it is not defined it well enough to know exactly where it is.
We have shown a cemetery that was observed during our survey but can not be sure that it is the
reservation in that deed.
4. VDH approval has been received.
5. We are still waiting for VDOT approval.
6. I have also added a revised date (Revised October 3, 2017) to the plat.
Please review the revised plat and let us know if it is ready for owners signatures.
There are six owners who need to sign.
We can print the mylar and obtain owners notarized signatures while we are waiting for VDOT
approval.

Attached is a PDF with the first round of comments from Planning regarding this plat. I have sent the plat to VDOT for
review but they have not sent me comments yet. I also sent the plat and soils evaluation to VDH, but they have also not
completed their review. Once I receive any comments or approvals from either agency, I will forward those to you.
