Cameron,
I have reviewed the above referenced plat and have the following comments:
• Provide DB and Page references for SSE1-X-20 and WE2-X-VAR (from the previously reviewed plat).
• Sheet 5: SSE-4-X-20 DB and Page reference is not provided.
• Fire hydrant easements are not sufficient. The easement should extend 10' off all sides of the fire hydrant (20'
wide and extending 10' behind fire hydrant).
• Sheet 3: Additional sewer easement required on the sewer located in open space.
