I apologize for not CC'ing you earlier today— I sent Jess a copy of the approval letter from the County Attorney for the HOA covenants. I've attached a PDF of that email correspondence above. Please bring us a signed copy of the plat and a signed copy of the HOA covenants. We will sign the plats once the Carroll Creek Road guardrail issue is resolved, that is the only item left on this one. Please let me know if you have any other questions. The HOA declaration is in his inbox. Usually their reviews only take a few business days so I would expect to have a response or approval by the end of next week. I have attached a PDF with the County Attorney's approval Cover Sheet, my transmittal to them, and the declaration. Please note that the only thing the Attorney commented on was that the Declaration makes reference to "Exhibit A;' but that page is blank in the declaration. I sent him a copy of the plat that we have in for review, and he said using the plat for the Exhibit is acceptable. So, the next step from here is to get us a copy of the final plat and the HOA Declaration with owner signatures. I know that my last comments said that the HOA declaration would need to be recorded before the final plat. But now the plat will be used as Exhibit A in the declaration recording. You can bring us the signature copies ASAP. We won't be able to sign them until the guardrail issue is taken care of on the bridge crossing. Frank sent that email to you this morning. I am working with Bobby Jocz who is the staff engineer that has been reviewing these plats, to verify whether a new deed is needed or if the WPO plan has covered that. Our tracking system appears to show that the WPO has not been approved yet, but Bobby is going to check our files and get back to me. I am going to be out of the office tomorrow, so I will follow up with you at the beginning of next week. The only other thing is the status of the road construction, including the bridge over Carroll Creek. I'll check on that and get back to you. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
