Please see email from Frank sent earlier today. We are working to get him the necessary DEQ
permits, but all safety issues have been addressed, which is the stipulation of the plat signing.
The holding of the bond until the DEQ permits are addressed is reasonable and we're addressing
now, but that is a separate matter and should not hold up platting.
If this is acceptable, can you try to facilitate signing the plats tomorrow morning, so that I can shoot
to have them recorded before the end of the day?

No, I don't have any other safety issues and you can officially open the road. However, I am trying to obtain a copy of
the DEQ stream crossing permit. Can you please forward me a copy? I've been asked to hold the entire bond amount
until installation of the box culvert is reviewed by DEQ. Was a permit received from DEQ or USACOE?
