Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the road plans. A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan 1. Section 2 will be completed prior to pre -con meeting request 2. Sections 4 & Swill be updated with the approved plans prior to pre -con meeting request. 3. PPP Exhibit is included with this submission. 4. Other sections will be updated as needed prior to pre -con meeting. B. Pollution Prevention Plan 1. The exhibit portion of the PPP is included for review. C. Stormwater Management Plan 1. Letter of Availability was provided with the l't submission from the nutrient credit provider. It is included again with this submission. 2. Please see sheets 9 & 10 for updated SWM Plan including this entrance area. Computations and details for the detention basin have been updated as well. 3. A note concerning the splash blocks has been included. Additional notes have been included on sheet 12 have been included to address where roof drainage shall outlet. 4. An easement plat will be recorded prior to approval. 5. SWM basin: Please see sheets 10 & 11 showing the extension of the detention basin riprap spillway to the receiving channel. 6. SWM facility & access easements will be recorded with the final plat. 7. Drainage design including roadside ditch design will be included for review with the road plans. 8. This comment is acknowledged. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 1. Please see sheets 5-7. Silt fence has been removed from the top of dams for all traps and basins. 2. STl: Please see sheets 5&6 where spillway have been extended to toe of fill. 3. SB1: a. Please see sheet 5 for drainage areas to DD concerning SBl. Drainage areas to DD do not exceed 5 acres. b. Spillway has been extended to receiving channel. Please see sheets 5-8. 4. Check dams have been provided on Sheets 6 & 7 for roadside ditches. Details for rock check dams are provided on sheet 4. 5. Roadside ditch and storm drainage calculations are provided on sheet 13. Callouts for these drainage ditch linings are provided on sheet 6. 6. Diversion dike detail is found on sheet 4 and slopes for the diversions have been provided on sheet 5, but sections for each diversion dike is not a requirement for the VSMP plan.
