LOCATION: Property located to the east of Addle Hill Road, to the north of Golf Drive, to the south of Ashlar Avenue, and
to the west of Old Trail Drive.
PROPOSAL: Request for approval of an initial site plan for Old Trail Village Block 26 to construct 44 single-family attached
dwelling units on approximately 5.21 acres for a density of approximately 8.45 dwelling units per acre; in accordance with
ZMA201500001.
ZONING: NMD, Neighborhood Model District - residential (minimum of two housing types) mixed with commercial,
service, and industrial uses; in accordance with ZMA200400024 and ZMA201500001.
PROFFERS: Yes
ENTRANCE CORRIDOR: Yes
OVERLAY DISTRICT: Steep Slopes - Managed
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Community Mixed Use - residential (6 - 34 units per acre), commercial/retail, and office uses;
and Green Systems - sensitive environmental features, natural areas, and privately -owned open space; in the Community
of Crozet Master Plan area.
Please be advised that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and efforts to maintain recommended social distancing, the Site
Review Meetings no longer take place. Review and comment can instead be provided electronically. Please contact the
lead reviewer for an online link through which you can view the plans, comments, and provide feedback. The comments
will be available to view on September 15, 2022.
Please note that one purpose of a Site Plan Review is to provide an opportunity for the applicant and reviewers to discuss
review comments. These projects are "by -right", which means that if the proposed plans meet the minimum requirements
of the County's zoning, site plan, or subdivision ordinances, they must be approved. Recognizing the importance of public
comment, we encourage you to reach out to the lead reviewer to express any concerns or questions you may have
regarding the application.
