The comments were received in written format and dated July 21, 2022. Below, we have provided our responses to the correlated comments as numbered on your memo. Albemarle County Planning Services (Planner) — Kevin McCollum 1. Comment addressed with previous submission. 2. Comment addressed with previous submission. 3. A revision date has been added to the title block for all applicable plan sheets. 4. Existing easements are shown on the layout plan, sheet C4.0. The new 20' wide private drainage easement and the new 20' wide private parking access easement are shown on C4.0. A placeholder for the recorded instrument number has been added to the callout. Once the easements are recorded the instrument numbers will be added to the plan. 5. A parking agreement was submitted on August 1, 2022. A summary of the parking tabulations for the parking agreement can be found on the cover sheet C 1.0 under general note #14. 6. Comment addressed with previous submission. 7.
