Enclosed please find the Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance as to the property located
at 960 Hilton Heights Road, Charlottesville, VA — Tax Map Parcel No. 45-68134, 6.139 Acres.
In addition, attached is a copy of the plat of record in Plat Book 2721, Page 148 in the County of
Albemarle Recorder's Office, which is the most recent recorded plat of the property.
In regard to the last bullet item of Section 2, please note that the property is leased for
automobile dealerships to Umansky COC, LLC, Umansky HOC, LLC and Umansky SOC, LLC.
Attached are copies of the Virginia MVD licenses for those three dealerships.
Also enclosed is a copy of the previous Letter of Zoning Compliance for the property dated
September 12, 2017.
Finally, enclosed is our firm's check payable to your office in the amount of $227.76 for the fee
for the application.
