We advise the following information concerning the Property: 1. The zoning classification for the Property is Central City — Historic Overlay (CCH) and a mixed use commercial building is permitted within this zoning classification. 2. The Property is not subject to any proffered conditions or other special limitations imposed by the City. 3. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge, the Property and the proposed use, occupancy, operation and improvements thereof comply with all applicable requirements of the zoning ordinance of the City and applicable rules and regulations of the zoning district, including without limitation any development standards such as parking, setbacks, buffers and height limitations. 4.
