Comments: Slopes in phase one are failing due to concentrated flow coming from the single
family gutter drains at the top of slope, gutter drains should be either ron to toe of
slope and into energy dissipate measure or pulled back from top of slope to allow
sheet flow to occur. Slope along entrance to phase two needs to be repaired of rill
erosion that occurred from single family control failure. Walking path behind current
model home needs to be repaired and all gutter discharge directed away from path
to prevent continued erosion of path, in particular lots 25 and 26. Maintain proper
runoff controls at retaining walls to prevent damage to wall integrity. SIB 1 needs
maintenance to remove invasives, repair rills, seed to enhance coverage and slope
repair to prevent possible slope loss.
