Box 7181 Charlottesville VA 22906 RE: VAT201900001 Special Exception for disturbance of critical slopes and modification of a building site for B2019-01427-SF on TMP 63-19E Dear Mr. Dobson, On December 18, 2019 the Board of Supervisors took action on your request to approve the special exception and modification of a building site for Tax Map Parcel Number 06300-00-00-019EO in the Rivanna District. The special exception and modification were approved by the Board's adoption of the attached resolution and conditions. Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the project noted above, no uses on the property as approved above may lawfully begin until all applicable approvals have been received and conditions have been met. This includes: compliance with conditions of the SPECIAL EXCEPTION; approval of a BUILDING PERMIT; and completion of necessary BUILDING, ZONING, and ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, upon consideration of the foregoing, the Transmittal Summary prepared in conjunction with the special exception request and the attachments thereto, including staff's supporting analysis, and all of the factors relevant to the special exceptions in Albemarle County Code §§ 18-4.2.3, 18-4.2.5, 18-33.48, and 18-33.49, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the special exception for disturbance of critical slopes and modification of a building site for TMP 63-19E, as described above, subject to the conditions attached hereto. "Kirk' Hughes of Kirk Hughes and Associates, and dated May 24, 2019, last revised on October 31, 2019.
