Dear Ms. Lacy,
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
[14-303.D, 10.4] Development Rights. Edit notes B and C to indicate 11 development rights for TMP 7-
59E and 2 development rights for TMP 7-59C; 2 development rights may be transferred from 7-59C to
7-59E. Each development right transferred must meet the standards of section 10.4 for minimum lot
size (2 acres) in the RA zone.
