Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. [14-303.D, 10.4] Development Rights. Edit notes B and C to indicate 11 development rights for TMP 7- 59E and 2 development rights for TMP 7-59C; 2 development rights may be transferred from 7-59C to 7-59E. Each development right transferred must meet the standards of section 10.4 for minimum lot size (2 acres) in the RA zone.
