Bolser at approximate Station 345+24; and containing 0.38 acre, more or less, land, of which 0.28 acre is included in the present right of way and 0.10 acre, more or less, is additional land; together with the right and easement to entend the slopes and/or drain ditche on to the adjacent lands of the grantor as may be necessary for the proper execution and maintenance of the work indicated on plans.
