RE: ZMA 2021-008 and ZMA 2021-009 Old Ivy Residences
Based upon the feedback received at the Planning Commission public hearing, we have revised our
application materials. Below is a summary of the materials we are submitting and description of the changes.
Revised and Resubmitted Materials:
1. Narrative, revision date of August 15, 2022
Revised to reflect updates to the transportation proffers, wetlands, and affordable housing.
2. Conceptual Plan, revision date of August 15, 2022
a. Revised to add wetlands to the legend on all applicable sheets.
b. Revised to clarify the location of the preserved slopes relative to the building envelopes.
c. Addition of affordable housing commitment on Sheet 8.
d. Revision of wetland note on Sheet 8 to indicate that any disturbance is subject to County
Engineer approval.
e. Revision to clarify Zoning Ordinance setback requirements.
3. Proffers, dated of August 15, 2022
Revised transportation proffers (Proffer #3)
